In compliance with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Public law 106-102 effective 11/12/1999, also known as the Financial Services modernization bill for the financial services industry which sets forth a stringent set of guidelines that restrict the use of consumer information by financial institutions, I am providing this statement of my Privacy Policy and the use of your personal information obtained by my firm.

Please be aware that the private, personal information that you entrust to me is kept in strictest confidence.  All information I maintain is either provided by you or obtained with your expressed permission.  I do not disclose any non-public information about you to anyone, except as designated by law or as you authorize.  Examples of personal information might be anything provided by you in an application or form, your transactions with me and with others, and any verbal, written, or e-mail communications.  Examples of "permissible disclosures" are as to comply with the SEC or NASD reporting regulations, or sharing information with a mutual fund or other company in order to properly process your business.

Further, I restrict access to nonpublic information about you to only those representatives and employees who need to know that information to provide investment and tax reporting products and services to you.  Information about you is never sold to anyone.  I maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safegaurds that comply with federal standards to guard you nonpublic personal information.
